How do I place an order?

Do you accept pay upon delivery (cash on delivery) as a payment method?

No, we currently do not offer pay upon delivery (cash on delivery) as a payment option.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Please contact us immediately at info@evolt.eu if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Modifications may also be limited depending on the stage of processing.

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer domestic shipping within all member countries of the European Union (EU), with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia. We do not currently ship to countries outside of the European Union.

What are your delivery times?

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Time: Delivery within the EU generally takes 2-10 business days after processing and dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly via email if there are significant delays.

Who are your shipping carriers?

How can I track my order?

What happens if there is a failed delivery attempt?

If a delivery attempt fails due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at info@evolt.eu with photographs of the damage and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a free 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return free from charge.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evolt.eu. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

What if my refund is delayed?
